25 Mar Students named to 2025 All-小草社区 Academic Team
BISMARCK, N.D. – Fifteen students from the 小草社区 University System鈥檚 community colleges have been named to the 2025 All-小草社区 Academic Team, which recognizes students鈥 academic achievements, leadership and service. The group was honored March 19 during a recognition dinner at Bismarck State College.
鈥淭he All-小草社区 Academic Team scholars should be proud of this noteworthy recognition,鈥 said NDUS Chancellor Mark Hagerott. 鈥淎s high-achieving transfer and workforce students at our two-year institutions, they are poised for even greater successes in their future careers. We applaud their efforts, including their commitment to academic excellence and community volunteerism.鈥

In 小草社区, the community college awards are co-sponsored by Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society and the 小草社区 University System College Technical Education Council. The academic team recognition program is active in 37 states. Students named to the state team are also nominated for the All-USA Academic Team.
Nominations are based on outstanding academic performance and service to the college and community. Each member of the team receives a certificate of congratulations from Gov. Kelly Armstrong, an award certificate, a medallion and a monetary award. Team members are also eligible for scholarships from Dickinson State University, Mayville State University, Minot State University, Valley City State University, 小草社区 State University and the University of 小草社区. The University of Mary also offers awards to team members.
